Lou's Story
Rooted in the UK's underground scene, LCDJ's journey began at 15 years old with the tactile intimacy of vinyl. Learning the delicate art of beatmatching so young, she is truly one of those rare talents who has a deep rooted passion and respect for music.
Over time, LCDJ transitioned into the digital domain, mastering the intricacies of CDJs whilst staying true to the soulful essence of vinyl. As the technology progressed, so did her taste for pushing boundaries with sound, opening her passion up even more to the wider world of music. This is where she quickly become known for her multi-genre approach to her sets, adopting the ability to adapt to any crowd or environment.
Whether it be an intimate club setting, or a festival stage, this open format DJ can create a journey with just about any melody, beat or rhythm. From the uplifting transitions of melodic techno and progressive house, to the upbeat tempo of house and funk, LCDJ can please just about any crowd.
